Brasil Pharma’s Trainee Program is country-wide and lasts for 18 months.
Trainees will have a long program of development and immersion in Brasil Pharma’s culture. It includes job rotation, visits to stores and distribution centers, and telesales, in addition to the Six Sigma training, with Green Belt certification, which is intended to train leaders and specialists.
Trainees will be placed in the company’s operations area (sales area) or corporate and CSC (Shared Services Center) areas, depending on their profile. Trainees who are subsequently hired will stay at the unit where the organization needs them.
